Before joining Play With Diamonds, he worked as an R&D Manager for a jewelry manufacturer in Thailand. Custom Development and Your Own Branding
For brands using our existing designs, our ODM service can review adaptations such as a different karat, stone, size or finish. For an original design, our OEM service develops your brief into a piece we can manufacture. We review feasibility and the development stages before production. Depending on the project, these can include drawings, CAD renders, model approval and sampling. Recycled Gold Jewelry and Material Documentation
We use recycled gold in jewelry production and discuss your material requirements when preparing an order. If your collection has specific recycled-content or traceability requirements, tell us before confirming production so we can explain the available material information and supporting documentation. Natural and lab-grown stones are identified separately in the agreed specifications.

How We Make and Check Your Jewelry
Our Bangkok production process combines digital development with skilled handwork. Depending on the design, the work includes CAD modeling, resin or wax printing, casting, stone setting, laser welding, filing, polishing and engraving.
Before release, our quality control team checks the finished jewelry against the approved specifications. Clear decisions about dimensions, settings, connections, finishes and required marks help us maintain consistency across an order and future reorders. Personal Quotations and Clear Order Planning
Wholesale prices are prepared individually for your selection. Create an account or sign in, choose the product options and quantities, and add items to your quotation basket. Submit the request and we will review it manually, then email your quotation. The quotation confirms your selected specifications, price and expected production or dispatch schedule.
Made-to-order production normally takes 6–8 weeks after the deposit and final specifications are confirmed. Available stock normally needs 1–3 business days of processing after payment. These periods exclude transit; we confirm timing for your order and discuss urgent deadlines before you commit. We arrange tracked international shipping and confirm the insurance cover, shipping charge and delivery arrangements for your destination.
