Play With Diamonds is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page.
To optimize delivery, please indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
PLAY WITH DIAMONDS SHIPPING
Play With Diamonds delivers all over the world.
We ship worldwide via secured and express couriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).
Play With Diamonds orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Play With Diamonds will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is impossible to identify the order’s recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Play With Diamonds offers lowest shipping rates on all website orders when using FedEx; additional fees will apply for DHL/UPS or other forwarders services.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Play With Diamonds offers free FedEx standard insurance up to the value of $1000US. We offer Malca Amit Insurance for higher value parcels at the checkout page, optional with additional fees.
IN-STOCK ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be processed 1 - 3 days after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
SHIPPING LEAD TIME
In-stock Items: We generally aim to get your items delivered between 3 - 5 days of receiving your order.
Production Orders: We will try to keep a production lead time of 6-8 weeks from the moment the deposit is received.
Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location.
DELAYS
Play With Diamonds are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Play With Diamonds is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Play With Diamonds will not take charge or make returns for lost or undelivered packages. For wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Play With Diamonds recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as your business or residential address. Play With Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
CUSTOMS TAX
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Play With Diamonds makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the tracking system used by the courier company.
