This Privacy Policy explains how Play With Diamonds Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you visit playwithdiamonds.com, create an account, request a quotation, discuss a custom design, place an order or contact us about a return.
Our website is a wholesale jewelry catalog. We prepare quotations manually and email them to customers; submitting a quotation request does not automatically process a payment. This policy covers the website and related business communications by email, telephone and messaging services.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information?
Play With Diamonds Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal information we collect and use for the purposes described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact:
Play With Diamonds Co., Ltd.

Khwaeng Thung Wat Don, Khet Sathon

2. Information You Provide
The information collected depends on how you use our services. It can include:
- Account and contact details: your name, business name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, account login details and communication preferences.
- Quotation and order details: selected products, product codes, quantities, gold and stone specifications, sizes, design instructions, quotations, invoices and order correspondence.
- Billing and delivery information: billing and shipping addresses, recipient details, postal codes, payment references and information needed for delivery or customs documentation.
- Custom design inquiries: your project description, design references, drawings, photographs, CAD files and other files you choose to submit.
- Returns and support: website order or manual invoice references, product details, the reason for a return, photographs and correspondence about the request.
If you provide information about a colleague, recipient or another person, make sure you are authorized to share it for the relevant purpose. Avoid including unrelated personal information, identity documents, health information or other sensitive details in design files and product photographs.
Fields marked as required are needed to handle that form or service. Without the necessary contact, order or delivery information, we may be unable to respond, prepare an accurate quotation, fulfill an order or assess a return. Optional files and details should be limited to what helps us handle your request.
3. Information Collected During Website Use
The website and its service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, interaction events and the date and time of requests. Session identifiers, cookies and similar technologies help operate the website and measure its use.
Technical information can relate to an identifiable person; it is not necessarily anonymous. Security information is also used to detect unusual activity, prevent automated submissions and limit abuse of our forms.
We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve the site. Google receives information when its services load, including technical and interaction information, according to the service configuration and your choices. See how Google uses information from websites that use its services.
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and automated abuse. It processes browser, device and interaction information to assess whether activity is genuine. Google's handling of this information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
Read our Cookie Policy for more about cookies and available browser controls.
4. How We Use Information
- Create and manage customer accounts and maintain your quotation selections.
- Review inquiries, prepare quotations and discuss product specifications or custom designs.
- Confirm orders, arrange production, administer payments and invoices, and organize shipping.
- Assess returns, product issues and after-sales requests.
- Send service messages, including quotations, payment confirmations, order updates, return acknowledgments and security notices.
- Maintain business and accounting records, meet legal obligations and handle disputes or claims.
- Protect accounts and forms, investigate suspected fraud and improve website reliability.
- Understand website use and send promotional communications where permitted and in accordance with your preferences.
5. Grounds for Processing
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process information to take steps you request before a contract, perform an order, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and business administration, or act on your consent. Those interests remain subject to applicable protections for your rights.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or require deletion of information we must retain on another lawful basis. Reading this policy or creating an account does not, by itself, give blanket consent to unrelated marketing or tracking.
6. Uploaded Designs, Documents and Return Photos
Files sent through the current custom design and return forms are used to assess and respond to your request. The submission and attachments are sent to our business email so we can review the design or product issue. Return information is also kept with the return record.
Temporary upload copies used by these forms are removed after processing. This does not delete copies received in our email or retained with the relevant project, order or return correspondence. Those copies are subject to the retention considerations below.
Submit only files you are entitled to share. If a file contains unnecessary personal information, remove or obscure it before uploading. If you need to discuss particularly confidential design material, contact us before submitting it so the handling arrangements can be agreed.
7. Payments
Payment is arranged after your quotation and order requirements have been agreed. Payment providers, such as PayPal or the bank or card service used for your transaction, process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We receive the information needed to reconcile payment and administer your order, such as transaction references, payment status and billing details.
See the PayPal Privacy Statement if you choose that service. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords or account passwords through our contact, custom design or return forms, or by email.
8. Who May Receive Information?
We share information when needed for the purposes described in this policy, including with:
- Website, hosting and email providers that support website operation, storage and business communications.
- Payment services and banks involved in your chosen payment method.
- Couriers, insurers and customs-related service providers handling shipment, delivery or a shipping claim.
- People and service providers involved in your project where relevant details are needed for design development, production or an agreed service.
- Google for Analytics and reCAPTCHA, as described above.
- Professional advisers and public authorities where needed for accounting, legal obligations, a lawful request, fraud prevention or the establishment or defense of a claim.
Information shared for a business service is limited to what is relevant to that service. Some providers, including payment providers and couriers, also handle information under their own legal responsibilities and privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent customer personal information or email addresses. If the business is reorganized, merged or transferred, relevant records may be transferred as part of that process, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements. For an unrelated disclosure requiring consent, we will seek that consent separately.
9. International Processing
We operate in Thailand and serve customers internationally. Your information may be processed in Thailand and in other countries where providers, recipients or delivery services operate, including the United States for some Google services. Data protection rules may differ between countries.
International transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements. Contact us if you need details about a particular provider or transfer connected with your inquiry or order.
10. How Long Information Is Kept
Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose, rather than one period applying to every file:
- Account records support your account and customer relationship, subject to closure and data-rights requests.
- Inquiry and design correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request, develop the project and support related orders or follow-up questions.
- Order, invoice, payment, shipping and return records may need to be kept after the transaction for accounting, tax, legal obligations, after-sales matters and claims.
- Security records and technical data are retained according to their security purpose and the relevant system or provider settings.
Closing your account, withdrawing marketing consent or requesting deletion does not automatically remove records needed for another lawful purpose. Copies may also remain in email archives and backups until the relevant retention or replacement cycle ends. Contact us to ask about the retention applicable to a particular record or to request its deletion.
Information should not be retained longer than necessary for its stated purpose or an applicable legal requirement.
11. Marketing Preferences
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided, or email us to ask that promotional messages stop. You may also update newsletter preferences where available in your account.
Necessary messages about an inquiry, quotation, order, payment, delivery or return are separate from marketing. Opting out of promotions does not prevent us from sending those service messages. We may keep a limited record of an opt-out so your preference can be respected.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restricted processing or portability of your personal information; object to processing, including direct marketing; or withdraw consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Email info@playwithdiamonds.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any lawful limitation and respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also complain to the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent supervisory authority.
Quotations and custom project requests are reviewed manually. If you have a concern about an automated process affecting your information or account, contact us for an explanation and review, including any rights available under applicable law.
13. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including HTTPS for website transmission, access controls and anti-spam protections on forms. No website, email service, payment system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Keep your account password private and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an email that misuses our identity. For unusual payment instructions, verify the details using an established contact method before sending funds.
14. Social Networks and External Websites
Our website links to services such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Following a link, contacting us through one of those services or using embedded third-party content can involve processing by that provider under its own privacy policy.
We do not control the privacy or security practices of external websites. Review the relevant provider’s notice before submitting information or using its services.
15. Children’s Information
Our wholesale services are intended for business customers and people able to enter into a binding agreement. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action under applicable law.
16. Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this policy as the website, services or relevant requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, that requirement applies separately; continued browsing alone is not blanket consent to a new purpose.
For a privacy question or request, email info@playwithdiamonds.com or use our contact page. Our Terms & Conditions explain the quotation and purchase process.
