Find answers about ordering wholesale gold jewelry, preparing a custom design and arranging delivery. Your written quotation and order confirmation set out the agreed specifications, quantities, payment stages and schedule.
Accounts, Quotations and Payment
Who do you supply?
We supply retailers, independent jewelry brands, online stores, distributors and piercing studios. Choose from our wholesale gold jewelry catalog or discuss a collection made to your specifications. Include your business details, delivery country and intended quantities when contacting us.
Why are prices not displayed on the website?
We prepare quotations individually for the designs, gold options, stones and quantities you select. Prices are sent by email after we review your request manually. Creating an account gives you access to the quotation basket; it does not reveal an automatic price list.
How do I request a wholesale quotation?
Create an account or sign in, choose the available product options and quantities, and add items to your quotation basket. Submit the request with any special requirements. We review your selection and email the quotation. Submitting a basket is a request for pricing, rather than a completed purchase.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum catalog order value is US$999. Quantity requirements can differ by design, and samples or custom development may have separate terms. We confirm the applicable quantities and order requirements in your quotation before you commit.
How do I check availability or reorder an item?
Send the product codes, options and quantities you need. A catalog listing does not guarantee immediate stock in every variation. We confirm what is available and what needs production. For a reorder, include your previous order or invoice reference and any changes to the approved specification.
Which payment methods and deposit terms apply?
Payment options include bank transfer, Wise, PayPal and credit cards, as agreed for the order. Production orders generally require a 50% deposit; the invoice or quotation confirms the balance, payment method and any applicable fees. Confirm the order details with us before making payment.
Gold, Diamonds and Documentation
Is your gold jewelry solid gold or gold plated?
Our gold jewelry is made from karat gold rather than a gold-plated base metal. “Solid gold” describes the material; a piece can still have hollow construction. Check the individual design or ask us about its construction, weight and dimensions.
Which gold karats and colors can I order?
Selected designs are available in 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K gold. Gold colors and karats vary by product and manufacturing requirements. Select the listed option for each SKU or include your preferred alloy and color in a custom design brief.
What do 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K mean?
Karat describes the proportion of gold in an alloy: 9K is 37.5% gold, 10K approximately 41.7%, 14K approximately 58.5%, and 18K 75%. The remaining metals affect properties such as color and hardness. Confirm the alloy and purity marking required for your order.
Do you use recycled gold?
Yes, we use recycled gold in production, including material from our refineries and recovered production material. If your brand needs specific recycled-content evidence, tell us before ordering so we can confirm the documentation available for your purchase.
Can I order natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. Natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds can be supplied for suitable designs or by request. Specify the origin, sizes, quality requirements and any independent reports you need. Explore our diamond jewelry and confirm the exact stone option in your quotation.
Do you work with colored gemstones?
Yes. We work with precious and semi-precious stones, including sapphire, ruby, emerald and spinel. Availability, dimensions, treatments and suitability depend on the stone and design. Tell us the color, size and quality you need so these details can be included in the specification.
Can I request gold tests or stone certificates?
Yes. Request gold-content testing, a stone report or other documentation before confirming production. We will explain the available service, scope, timing and charges. Tests are not automatically free, and a report for one stone does not certify every stone in an order. See our jewelry certificates and material documentation for sample documents.
What does the Kimberley Process cover?
The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme concerns the international trade in rough natural diamonds. It is not a grading report for a finished piece of jewelry and does not apply to lab-grown diamonds. Tell us which sourcing assurance or independent stone report your order requires.
Can you manufacture silver or platinum jewelry?
Yes, silver and platinum projects can be reviewed on request. Share the designs, metal specifications, quantities and finish you need. We confirm feasibility, minimum quantities, costs and timing separately from the gold catalog.
Custom Designs, Branding and Production
Can you manufacture my own jewelry design?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference image, technical drawing or CAD file through our custom gold jewelry manufacturing form. Include dimensions, gold karat and color, stones, quantities, target budget and required date. We review feasibility and development work before quoting.
Can I adapt a catalog design instead of starting from scratch?
For suitable designs, our ODM service can review changes to the karat, stones, size, finish or other details. For example, our wholesale gold pendants can provide a starting point for a pendant project. Changes depend on the construction and are confirmed before production.
What are the minimum quantities for custom designs?
Minimum quantities depend on the design, materials, variations and manufacturing work involved. Tell us the number of pieces required for each size, color or stone option. We confirm the quantity requirements in the project quotation rather than applying one rule to every custom order.
Can I order a sample, and what will it cost?
Samples can be arranged for a project. Development, CAD, molds and physical samples can involve different charges, depending on the work required. We confirm the scope, costs, included revisions and sample schedule before starting. Approve the final specification before the main production run.
How long does production take?
Made-to-order production normally takes 6–8 weeks after the deposit and required design approvals are received, as confirmed for your order. Design development, sampling and revisions may add time. This production period excludes courier transit and customs clearance.
How quickly can confirmed stock be dispatched?
For items confirmed to be in stock, allow 1–3 business days for processing after payment and the required details are confirmed. Courier transit is additional. Share urgent deadlines before placing the order so we can confirm a realistic dispatch schedule.
Can you engrave my logo, names or numbers?
Yes, engraving can be reviewed for suitable items. Send clear artwork, the exact wording, preferred position and required dimensions before approving production. We confirm the available space and practical limits. Agree any logo, purity mark or other required stamp as part of the specification.
Where are purity marks placed?
The location depends on the shape, size and construction of the item. We select an appropriate area and can review a preferred position with you. Confirm the marking requirements for your market and any brand mark before production.
Can you help with packaging and product photography?
Yes. Discuss protective or branded packaging, artwork and quantity requirements with your project brief. We also provide white-background photographs for ordered jewelry. Confirm the images, file format and delivery arrangements you need for your product listings.
Delivery, Insurance and Returns
Do you ship internationally, and which couriers do you use?
We arrange international shipping using carriers including FedEx, DHL and UPS, subject to destination and service availability. Provide your delivery country, postcode and full recipient details. We do not ship to post office boxes or military bases. Read our production and shipping information before confirming the order.
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is quoted for your destination, parcel weight, value and service. Courier transit starts after dispatch and is separate from processing or production. Customs, holidays and local delivery conditions can affect arrival. We confirm the shipping charge and expected schedule for your order.
Is shipping insurance included?
We provide free FedEx insurance covering up to US$1,000. For higher-value shipments, additional cover, including Malca-Amit arrangements where available, can be quoted separately. Confirm the insured amount and shipment arrangements with us before dispatch.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, taxes and clearance charges may apply in the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless the written quotation states otherwise. Check the import requirements for your products and destination before ordering. Charges vary; we do not quote a universal duty rate.
Can I track my parcel, and what if it is delayed or damaged?
We provide a tracking reference after dispatch. If tracking stops, a delivery is missed or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order reference and tracking number. Keep the packaging and photograph visible damage so we can review the situation and any next steps.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and review our returns and refunds policy. Use the return request form with your order or invoice reference, product code, quantity and details of the issue. You can attach photos. Manual invoice references are accepted. Wait for return instructions before sending goods; submitting the form does not automatically approve a refund.
Can custom jewelry be returned, and when are refunds processed?
Custom design items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective, subject to applicable rights. We review the details and inspect returned goods before confirming the resolution. Once a return and refund are approved, allow approximately 8–10 days for the funds to reach your account, depending on the payment provider. See the full return policy for conditions and shipping responsibilities.
