Can I order 14K or 18K gold chains wholesale?
Selected chains and necklaces offer 14K and 18K options, alongside other karats on certain designs. Yellow, white and rose gold availability also varies by product. Choose the listed configuration or send the product reference if your required combination is missing.
Can I request a chain length that is not listed?
Send the product reference, required finished length and quantity. We will review whether that length can be supplied. A different length may change the gold weight, price and production requirements, so it needs its own confirmed quotation.
Is the price for a necklace with or without its chain?
That depends on the selected product options. Some necklaces offer a “No Chain” configuration. Check your selection before submitting the request, and make sure the quotation identifies whether a chain is included, together with its length and gold specifications.
How do I receive wholesale chain and necklace prices?
Sign in, select the designs, options and quantities, and submit your quotation basket. We review the request manually and email pricing, availability and the expected schedule. Submitting a request does not charge you. Our minimum order value is US$999.
How soon can my order ship?
Available stock normally requires 1–3 business days of processing after payment and order details are confirmed. Made-to-order production normally takes 6–8 weeks after the deposit and final specifications are confirmed.
